Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 1 konjac block (250g), sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Slice the carrot into thin strips and cut the konjac block into 5mm slices.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then massage it lightly.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the konjac over medium heat until dry and slightly crispy. Add sesame oil, pork, and garlic, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened. Then add sake, soy sauce, and doubanjiang, and mix well.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
