- 🐖 80g sliced pork
Fermented Foods
- 1 pack natto
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch chives
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut the chives into 3cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork and grated ginger over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add natto to the pan and stir briefly, then add the chives and cook until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, doubanjiang) and stir-fry until well combined.
