- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍤 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- White leek, as needed
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Cornstarch, as needed
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
ÉTAPES
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and devein the shrimp, making a slit along the back to remove the vein. Wash and pat dry.
Season the shrimp with sake and a pinch of salt, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili bean paste) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and grated ginger, stir-frying until the shrimp turns white and is cooked through.
Add the avocado to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry quickly to combine. Serve on a plate and garnish with white leek.
