INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Tofu
- 🧈 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1 bag of bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onions as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
ÉTAPES
Cut the thick fried tofu in half horizontally, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the spicy sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and doubanjiang).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes, then add the tofu and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the bean sprouts and spicy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry quickly until the liquid evaporates.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
