- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems, seeds, and pith, then slice thinly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan and add the oil-packed tuna along with its liquid. Add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
