- 400g sundae (Korean blood sausage)
- 1 pack beef bone broth
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp shiitake mushroom powder
- 1–2 green chilies, sliced
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp perilla seed powder
- Chives, as desired
- 🧅 Green onion, as desired
ÉTAPES
Steam the sundae for 10 minutes to remove excess grease.
Prepare the seasoning paste by mixing beef bone broth (5 tbsp), red pepper powder (2 tbsp), minced garlic (1 tbsp), shiitake mushroom powder (1 tbsp), sliced green chilies, and black pepper.
Bring the beef bone broth to a boil in a pot.
Slice the steamed sundae and add it to the boiling broth.
Add the prepared seasoning paste to the pot and stir well.
Simmer the soup for a few minutes, then add chopped chives and green onion.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp of perilla seed powder. Avoid adding too much to prevent a gritty texture.
