- 🍗 250g chicken thighs
- 1/3 bag mizuna
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
☆ Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Cut mizuna into 3cm lengths.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, marinate with soy sauce and sake, lightly drain, and coat with cornstarch in a bag.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add chicken, and cook on medium heat until fully cooked.
Add ☆ seasonings and simmer until the sauce thickens. Plate mizuna first, then chicken.
