Noodles
- 1 pack udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
Protein
- 1 piece fish cake
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
In a large frying pan, add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp gochujang, and 2 tbsp sugar.
Add 2 cups of water to the pan.
Once the sauce is mixed, add chopped cabbage, green onion, and fish cake.
When the sauce starts to boil, add 1 pack of udon noodles.
Stir and cook until the noodles are fully coated with the sauce.
