Spicy Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
- 2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in a bowl with water. Cut the tofu and tomato into bite-sized pieces. Tear the green leaf lettuce into smaller pieces.
Mix all the spicy dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Arrange the green leaf lettuce, tofu, tomato, and seaweed mix on a plate. Drizzle the spicy dressing over the salad.
