INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 🧈 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 150g daikon, julienned
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 500ml water
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Julienne the daikon and carrot. Chop the cilantro into 3-4cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly. Cut the tofu into quarters.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat. Once bubbling, reduce to low heat and cook until golden brown. Remove garlic.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked garlic and sesame oil to create the spicy aromatic sauce.
In a pot, heat water and chicken stock powder over medium heat. Once boiling, add tofu, daikon, and carrot. Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve the hot pot with the spicy aromatic sauce on the side. Garnish with cilantro.
