Vegetables
- 🥔 220g potatoes, sliced thick
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced thick
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 🧄 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Protein
- 🐟 150g canned tuna
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Dash of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 3 cups water
ÉTAPES
Slice potatoes thickly, onions thickly, and chop green chilies and green onions.
Drain tuna can liquid into a pot and set tuna aside.
Sauté potatoes in the tuna liquid until edges turn translucent.
Add 3 cups of water, gochujang, and chili powder to the pot and bring to a boil.
Once potatoes are halfway cooked, add tuna and cook until potatoes are tender.
Add minced garlic, chopped green onions, and sliced onions. Simmer briefly.
Season with salt and adjust sweetness with sugar if needed.
