- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 3 chili peppers
- 🧄 A small amount of green onion
Liquid
- 💧 1.5 cups water
Seasoning
- 🐟 100g canned tuna
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Peel the potatoes and cut them into appropriate sizes.
Slice the onion to match the thickness of the potatoes, and chop the chili peppers and green onion.
Place the potatoes, onion, green onion, and chili peppers into a pot.
Prepare the seasoning by draining the oil from the canned tuna and mixing it with the listed seasonings.
Add the seasoning mixture and 1.5 cups of water to the pot.
Turn on the stove and mix the ingredients well. Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat.
After 10 minutes, stir the stew and lower the heat to simmer gently.
Cook until the potatoes are soft and tender, then serve the tuna potato stew.
