INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 cans tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 🌱 1 green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- A dash of sesame oil
- 🌰 A dash of sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion, bell pepper, carrot, and green onion into small pieces. Use any vegetables you have on hand.
In a frying pan, add the canned tuna along with minced garlic and black pepper. Stir-fry without adding extra oil, using the oil from the tuna.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry together until the carrots are tender.
Mix in 4 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean chili paste) and stir-fry thoroughly. Adjust the amount of gochujang to your taste.
Add 2 tablespoons of corn syrup or sugar to the mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
Turn off the heat and mix in a dash of sesame oil and sesame seeds for a nutty aroma.
Serve the stir-fried tuna mixture over steamed rice. Enjoy your spicy tuna rice bowl!
