Main
- 1 pack instant salt-flavored ramen
- 2 slices bacon
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 300ml water
- 🥛 200ml milk
Topping
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Trim the spinach roots slightly, make cross cuts at the root, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté bacon lightly, add spinach, and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, then remove (spinach sauté).
In a pot, combine water, milk, and the ramen seasoning packet. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add the ramen and cook as per package instructions.
Serve the ramen in a bowl, top with spinach sauté, egg yolk, grated cheese, black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
