INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧅 50g onion, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Wash spinach thoroughly, trim the roots, and cut into 4cm pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Boil 100ml water in a pot, add spinach, cover, and steam for 1 minute. Remove the lid and cook until wilted. Drain and rinse spinach in cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Wipe the pot dry, melt butter over medium heat, and sauté bacon briefly. Add onion and cook until softened.
Add consommé, salt, pepper, and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then add spinach and heat through.
