- 🥚 2 eggs

- 🥬 100g spinach

- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter

- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the bacon into 2cm-wide pieces.
Trim the spinach roots and cut into 4cm-wide pieces.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add grated cheese, and mix well to create the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook over medium heat while stirring until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, heat butter, add bacon and spinach, and stir-fry over medium heat until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
Plate the spinach and bacon mixture, and top with the scrambled eggs.
