INGRÉDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 1 slice of bread (6-slice cut)
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
Vegetable
- 🥬 100g spinach (1/2 bag)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Trim the spinach roots and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the bacon into 2cm wide strips.
Slice the bread horizontally in half.
Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add bacon and sauté until lightly browned. Add spinach and stir-fry until wilted. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from pan.
Cool the pan slightly using a damp cloth. Add butter and let it melt. Pour in beaten eggs and place the bread slices on top. Flip the bread before the eggs set completely.
Place half of the cheese slice on one bread piece, top with spinach mixture, and layer with the other bread slice. Press gently and cook covered on low heat for 2 minutes until cheese melts.
