Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken breast, skinless
Vegetables
- 🥬 50g spinach
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
Dairy
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Place chicken breast in a microwave-safe dish, pierce with a fork, season with salt, pepper, and cooking sake. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool while covered.
Wrap spinach in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, trim roots, and cut into 5cm pieces.
Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In another microwave-safe dish, layer chicken breast, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
