INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut off the spinach root tips and make a cross-cut. Wash the leaves and roots thoroughly in a bowl of water. Cut into 4cm pieces.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Boil 100ml of water in a pot, add spinach, cover, and steam over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the lid and cook until wilted. Drain and rinse in cold water, then squeeze out excess water.
Wipe the pot dry, add butter, and heat over medium heat. Sauté the bacon briefly, then add consomme, salt, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil, then add spinach and corn to warm through.
