- 3 tbsp hijiki

- 🐟 1 can tuna
Dressing
- 🧴 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut spinach into bite-sized pieces and drain the tuna can.
Boil water in a pot, add hijiki and cook for 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until softened. Drain and rinse with cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame seeds). Add spinach and hijiki, then mix well.
