INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag spinach
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
- 🌽 2 tbsp corn
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt and spinach. Cook for 1 minute, then transfer to cold water. Squeeze out excess water and cut into 4–5 cm lengths.
Drain the tuna can. Rehydrate hijiki in water, then drain. Place hijiki in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, mayonnaise, sesame seeds). Add hijiki, spinach, and corn, then mix well.
