INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Tofu Cream Sauce
- 🥡 200g silken tofu
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🟤 1 tsp miso
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut spinach into 3–4 cm pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Wrap silken tofu in paper towels and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes to drain water. Mix until smooth and combine with remaining sauce ingredients.
Boil 100cc of water in a pan, add spinach, cover, and cook for 1 minute. Stir until wilted, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Heat salad oil in a pan, cook pork until color changes, then add onion and sauté until soft. Add spinach back and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish, pour tofu cream sauce over, and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster for 10 minutes until golden brown.
