INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 bunch spinach (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Fats
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the spinach roots, wash thoroughly in water, and cut into 4cm pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thirds.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beaten eggs, and stir until they are semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat vegetable oil, add the sausages, and stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes. Add the spinach and stir-fry until wilted.
Return the eggs to the pan, break them up gently, and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper, and stir briefly.
