INGRÉDIENTS

- 🌭 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧅 50g onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Wash spinach thoroughly, cutting off the root ends and slicing into 4cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Slice sausages diagonally into thin pieces.
Boil 100ml of water in a pot, add spinach, cover, and steam for 1 minute. Remove the lid, cook until wilted, then transfer to cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Add onion, sausage, and seasoning (consomme, salt, pepper, and water) to the pot. Heat over medium until boiling, then simmer on low for 2 minutes until the onion softens.
Add spinach to the pot, heat over medium, and bring to a boil. Serve hot.
