- 3 tbsp dried shirasu
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the spinach roots slightly and make a cross-cut. Wash the spinach in a bowl of water and wrap loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain, and cut into 5cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (salt, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the spinach and dried shirasu, then mix well.
