- 🦑 100g frozen sliced squid
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add spinach stems first, and cook until tender. Rinse in cold water, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Defrost the sliced squid and place it in a microwave-safe container with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Mix all the ☆ ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, miso) in a bowl until smooth.
Arrange spinach and squid on a plate and drizzle with the vinegar miso sauce.
