Stir-fry Ingredients
- 🥬 7-8 stalks spinach
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍄 1 mushroom, sliced
- 🧂 3 pinches salt
- A dash of pepper
Additional Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥖 4 slices baguette
ÉTAPES
Trim the spinach roots, slice bacon into 1cm pieces, and slice the mushroom, onion, and garlic.
Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain using a colander.
Heat a frying pan with oil, crack the egg, sprinkle 1 pinch of salt on the yolk, and cook until semi-soft.
In a heated frying pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sliced garlic. Cook on medium heat until fragrant.
Add onion and bacon to the pan and cook until the bacon turns crispy.
Add spinach, mushroom, 3 pinches of salt, and a dash of pepper. Cook until the spinach wilts, then turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
