Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch roasted salt
- 🌰 Pinch sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Trim wilted spinach leaves and cut the stem base with a knife.
Boil water, add 1 tbsp salt, and blanch the spinach for about 30 seconds.
Rinse the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt and squeeze out excess water. Place in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and salt to taste.
Mix thoroughly to evenly coat the spinach with the seasoning.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
