- 🥬 300g spinach
- Enough water for boiling
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the spinach and rinse each leaf thoroughly in cold water to remove dirt and impurities.
Boil a pot of water with 1 tbsp of salt.
Once the water is boiling, blanch the spinach for about 40 seconds.
Rinse the blanched spinach in cold water to stop the cooking process.
Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add all the seasoning ingredients to the bowl.
Mix the spinach and seasoning thoroughly until well combined.
