Main Ingredients
- 15g ground pork
- 🥬 15g spinach
- 🍚 1 scoop cooked rice
- 1 sheet seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧀 1/2 slice cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Marinate the ground pork with soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar.
Mix the cooked rice with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Stir-fry the marinated pork in 1/2 tbsp olive oil until fully cooked.
Slice the cheese into 1cm thick pieces and chop the spinach finely. Place all ingredients on the seaweed sheet and roll tightly.
