ÉTAPES
Trim the spinach and rinse it under running water. Cut off the roots.
Boil water and blanch the spinach for about 15-30 seconds depending on the quantity.
Flip the spinach to ensure even blanching.
Rinse the blanched spinach in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
Add salt and mix. Wait briefly, then discard the water released due to osmosis.
Add sesame oil and mix thoroughly. Optionally, add minced garlic or green onions.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and mix to finish the dish.
