INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 120g ground pork
Tofu
- 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 100g frozen spinach
Liquid
- 150cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mix ground pork and water in a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then skim off any foam.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger to the pot. Bring to a boil again, then add frozen spinach and simmer for 3 minutes. Gradually add the cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens.
Cut the tofu into 6 equal pieces.
Place tofu in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain excess water.
Arrange the tofu on a plate and pour the pork-spinach sauce over it.
