- 🥬 1 bunch spinach
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g, oil-packed)
Condiments
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add spinach starting from the roots, and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess water. Trim the roots and cut into 5cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix tuna, sugar, miso, and toasted sesame seeds until well combined.
Add the spinach to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
