- 🌭 6 sausages
Dough
- 🥔 1 small potato (80g), peeled
- 100g pancake mix
- 🥛 40g plain yogurt
For Frying
- Enough vegetable oil for frying

- 🍅 Ketchup, as needed
- 🌭 Mustard, as needed
ÉTAPES
Insert skewers into sausages, make spiral cuts, and spread them out.
Cut the potato into small pieces, soak in water, and drain. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W until soft, then mash while hot.
In a bowl, mix the mashed potato, pancake mix, and yogurt until a dough forms. Divide into 6 portions and roll each into a 20cm strip.
Wrap the dough strips around the spiral cuts of the sausages and let them cool completely.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 160°C. Fry the wrapped sausages until golden brown, turning them frequently.
Serve on a plate with ketchup and mustard on the side.
