Main Ingredients
- 3 tbsp shirasu (dried baby sardines)
- 4 leaves (140g) spring cabbage
- 4 shiso leaves
Dressing
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the spring cabbage into 3cm squares. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Remove the seed from the umeboshi and chop it finely.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (umeboshi, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil). Add the shirasu, spring cabbage, and shiso leaves, then toss well.
