- 1/2 head spring cabbage, shredded
- 3 shiso leaves, shredded
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 mentaiko, inner contents removed
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- White sesame seeds, as needed
ÉTAPES
Shred the spring cabbage and place it in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and lightly massage. Shred the shiso leaves.
Make a cut in the mentaiko skin and remove the inner contents.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko and mayonnaise. Add the cabbage and shiso leaves, then mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
