Noodles
- 25g vermicelli
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 200g spring cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- Chopped green onion for garnish
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Shred the spring cabbage. Mince the green onion and ginger.
Mix the sauce ingredients (water, sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat. Add minced green onion, ginger, and doubanjiang, stirring until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add shredded spring cabbage and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli, mix well, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
