- 🦑 1 squid (320g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 350g daikon, sliced
- 🌰 2 slices ginger
- 1 chili, deseeded
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi granules
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut daikon into 1.5cm slices and halve them into half-moon shapes. Deseed the chili.
Remove the squid's innards and cartilage. Wash and slice the body into 1cm strips.
Prepare the squid tentacles by removing the beak and small suction cups. Cut into smaller pieces.
Place squid, daikon, ginger, chili, and seasonings into the rice cooker. Mix well and start the normal cooking cycle.
