Seafood
- 🦑 200g squid
Tofu
- 200g fried tofu
Vegetables
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 bunch green onion
Condiments
- 80g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
ÉTAPES
Prepare the squid by cleaning and slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the fried tofu into cubes and slice the green onion thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the squid until slightly cooked.
Add the fried tofu, shimeji mushrooms, and kimchi to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Combine sake, sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onion and serve hot.
