- 🦑 200g sliced squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, separated into florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into wedges, separate broccoli into florets, and thinly slice the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add onion and cook until browned.
Add squid and sake, cooking until the squid changes color. Mix in the seasonings and bring to a boil.
Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
