- 🦑 1 squid
- 1 piece radish (5cm)
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 red chili
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 7 cups water
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare the squid, radish, green onion, and red chili by cleaning and cutting them into appropriate sizes.
Slice the radish thinly into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the green onion and red chili diagonally into thin slices.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add the radish, squid, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce and minced garlic to the pot and continue to stir-fry.
Pour 2 cups of water into the pot and cook on high heat until the squid is slightly cooked.
Add the remaining 5 cups of water, red chili, and green onion to the pot.
Bring the soup to a boil on high heat and cook until all ingredients are tender.
