- 🦑 1 whole squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 20g carrot
- 1 handful chives
- 10cm green onion
- 20g radish for wraps
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber
- 2 chili peppers
Noodles
- 1 serving chewy noodles
Sauce
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 6 tbsp chili powder
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tbsp minced ginger
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients together to prepare the spicy sauce.
Slice cabbage into thick strips.
Slice chili peppers diagonally.
Cut carrots into wide, flat slices.
Cut chives into 5cm pieces.
Halve the cucumber and slice diagonally.
Thinly slice the onion.
Prepare the squid by peeling the skin and scoring the inside.
Blanch the squid briefly in boiling water.
Boil the chewy noodles for 3 minutes, rinse in cold water, and drain thoroughly.
Mix the noodles, vegetables, squid, and sauce together.
Plate the dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
