- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), shredded
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Make a cut in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Shred the cabbage into thin slices.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (☆). Add the shredded cabbage and mix lightly.
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the mentaiko to the bowl and mix lightly.
