- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 20g zha cai (pickled mustard tuber)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into thin pieces.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion thinly, julienne the ginger, and roughly chop the zha cai.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, dashi powder, zha cai, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Layer cabbage and onion in a frying pan, add ginger, place chicken on top, pour the sauce over, cover with a lid, and cook on medium-low heat for 5–6 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 2 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
