INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, sliced
Vegetables
- 🌱 60g boiled edamame
- 100g yam, sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, chopped
- 1 myoga, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken tenderloin diagonally into 1cm thick pieces.
Remove edamame beans from their pods. Slice yam into 1cm thick pieces. Chop shiso leaves and myoga.
Place yam and chicken in a frying pan. Add sake and water, cover, and steam over medium heat until the chicken changes color.
Add edamame, myoga, and seasoning ingredients. Cover and steam over low heat for 3 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped shiso leaves.
