INGRÉDIENTS

- 🐚 150g clams (pre-purged)
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 leaves (320g) Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise. Separate the stems and leaves. Slice stems into 1cm widths and leaves into 3cm widths. Julienne the ginger.
Heat sesame oil and ginger in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the cabbage stems and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add the cabbage leaves and clams to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add sake and cover with a lid. Steam for about 3 minutes until the clams open.
Pour soy sauce into the pan and simmer briefly to adjust the flavor.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
