- 🐚 500 g clams (shell-on, sand removed)

- 🍄 120 g king oyster mushrooms
- 🌿 3 tbsp minced parsley
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 whole red chilies

ÉTAPES
Clean the clams thoroughly to remove sand and impurities.
