- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), cut into chunks
- 5 green beans, trimmed and sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut potatoes into bite-sized chunks and soak in water. Trim and slice green beans. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix sake, salt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, increase to medium heat and place chicken skin-side down. Cook until browned, then flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Add potatoes, green beans, and the seasoning mix to the pan. Cover and steam over low heat for 7–8 minutes until potatoes are tender.
