INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 whole mackerel
- 🥔 200g radish, sliced
- 🧅 5-6 stalks green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🍋 250ml lemon ginger tea
- 🧂 2-3 pinches Himalayan salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce or broth seasoning
ÉTAPES
Peel the radish and slice it into 0.5-0.7cm thick pieces.
Chop the green onions finely.
Place the radish slices at the bottom of a shallow pot.
Place the mackerel on top of the radish, skin side down.
Sprinkle Himalayan salt and black pepper generously over the mackerel.
Top the mackerel with chopped green onions.
Pour 200-300ml of lemon ginger tea around the edges, ensuring the radish is submerged but the mackerel is barely touched.
Add 1.5 tbsp soy sauce or broth seasoning to the liquid.
Cook on high heat with the lid slightly ajar for 30 minutes.
Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
