ÉTAPES
Rinse the oysters 2–3 times in water and pat dry.
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle and mince the garlic.
Place the green onion and garlic in a frying pan, then add the oysters on top. Sprinkle sake over the oysters, cover with a lid, and steam on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until the oysters plump up.
Serve the steamed oysters on a plate and accompany with ponzu sauce.
